It’s a massive job pulling off a special children’s party – shopping decorating, catering, entertaining both children and adult guests. It’s too much for one person to do!
Our Gala Event package delivers the amazing party you envision, with almost no work from you.
This premium package includes decoration, entertainment, sit down tables and party favours. You’ll receive seamless service and a cohesive party look. We even clean up 90% of the mess when we leave!
There’s almost no preparation for you to do beforhand, and on the day you’ll be free to mingle with your guest and enjoy watching your child.

We are the only party planner offering both decoration and entertainment in-house. And we are seriously good at both.
Our decorations are gorgeous, with beautiful little details and stunning backdrops. We have the experience to pull off an amazing look in a short set-up time.
And our entertainment is awesome! We come up with highly creative activities, which will really engage the kids and ensure everyone gets involved.

PRICING AND INCLUSIONS
Operating across Melbourne, Australia
- Show-stopping decorative buffet, featuring a stunning themed backdrop or centrepiece, plus your choice of:
- Mini-candy buffet with up to 20 serves; or
- Make-your-own sundae station; or
- A mix of the above plus small party favours for up to 12 children.
- Themed welcome sign and stand to display in the entryway
- 4 ‘potted’ decorative centrepieces and 2 mini signs, to be displayed around the venue
- Candy / party favour bags
- Decoration for the birthday child’s chair or high chair
- Table cloths for up to 3 other tables (such as present, food buffet and cake tables)
Sit Down Party Tables
- Themed table settings for children’s sit-down table
- All disposable plates, serviettes, crockery, etc
- A pop top, water bottle or refillable drink bottle with themed label, for each child
Service & Equipment
- Use of glass drink dispenser
- Use of up to 5 trestle tables plus 20 stools
- Laying out of any additional cakes / desserts and positioning of balloons around the room (if you purchase these separately)
- Pack up of all decorations and supplies at the end of the party
- Up to 1.5 hours of themed entertainment, customised to suit your group of children
- All entertainment supplies and prizes
- Decorative bags filled with take-home treats for all children
- Your choice of candy from the candy buffet and/or small toys
$899 for up to 12 children; $30 per extra child
- Up to 3 hours party time before pack up
- Up to 45 mins travel from Greensborough, Melbourne.
- Additional party time or travel will attract a small surcharge.
- Custom designed themed invitations. I will present you with 2 design ideas and can incorporate your child’s photo if desired.
- Design plus digital file (jpeg, pdf) only $50
- Design, digital file, plus 20 printed invitations with envelopes, mailed to you $75
- Price includes inclusion of all your desired wording, and 1 design revision.
- Printed invites are colour printed on 200gsm card to fit C6 sized envelope (11.5 x 16.2cm).
Can’t choose between a candy buffet and sundae station? Have both for an extra $80 for 12 children; $6 per additional child.
Coordination of Additional Suppliers
If you’re wanting extras like balloons or cupcakes, and don’t want to coordinate this yourself, we will do this for you. A planner’s fee of $40 applies for each supplier we organise. Note that the decorative arrangement of these additional items on party day within our decorative display is already included in your package price.

From the invitations, which were a great hit at school, to the props at the party – it was all fantastic. The kids loved the sundae station, and the treasure hunt and potions class were so entertaining. The party table looked amazing. The children were thoroughly engaged the whole time, which doesn’t often happen.
Arriving with plenty of time to decorate before the event and then actually running the event as well was very impressive. You have so much energy!

I was very relaxed in the lead up to the party. I felt comfortable that everything was under control and I knew exactly what would be provided on the day of the party, and at what cost. The fact that you offered not only party activities, but decoration as well, was a real winner for me. I also liked that there was some flexibility in the party structure – ie choice of games depending on my child’s interest, different candy bar options etc. It made it feel like we could design an individual experience for our children. We were excited our girls where going to have the Frozen party they wanted so much.
