Imagine you didn’t have to organise a single party decoration. That on party day, your everyday home was transformed with a stunning themed decorative display.
After everyone had gone home, the party fairies came back and whisked everything away!
That’s what our Pop-Up Party Package offers you. We give you the party look of your dreams, without any of the work.

Our decorations are gorgeous, with beautiful details such as customised printables, hand-crafted party bags and stunning backdrops. We have the experience to pull off an amazing look in a short set-up time.
We will decorate for any theme.
Our package is inclusive of a range of decorations and party bags. We can also provide custom designed invitations, sit down children’s tables, activity stations and coordinate additional suppliers. Once you’ve hired us, your work is done.

PRICING AND INCLUSIONS
Operating across Melbourne, Australia
- Show-stopping decorative buffet, featuring a stunning themed backdrop or centrepiece, plus your choice of:
- Mini-candy buffet with up to 20 serves; or
- Make-your-own sundae station; or
- A mix of the above plus small party favours for up to 12 children.
- Themed welcome sign and stand to display in the entryway
- 4 ‘potted’ decorative centrepieces and 2 mini signs, to be displayed around the venue
- Candy / party favour bags
- Decoration for the birthday child’s chair or high chair
- Table cloths for up to 3 other tables (such as present, food buffet and cake tables)
Service & Equipment
- Use of glass drink dispenser
- Use of trestle table for the buffet
- Laying out of any additional cakes or desserts on the decorative buffet
- Positioning of balloons around the room (if you purchase balloons separately)
- Pack up of all decorations and supplies at the end of the party
$499 for up to 20 candy buffet or sundae station serves, and up to 12 children’s party favours.
Additional serves (candy buffet, sundae, party favours): $10 per person
Additional printed invitations with envelope: $1.50 each
- Up to 3 hours party time before packup
- Up to 45 mins travel from Greensborough, Melbourne.
- Additional party time or travel will attract a small surcharge.
- Custom designed themed invitations. I will present you with 2 design ideas and can incorporate your child’s photo if desired.
- Design plus digital file (jpeg, pdf) only $50
- Design, digital file, plus 20 printed invitations with envelopes, mailed to you $75
- Price includes inclusion of all your desired wording, and 1 design revision.
- Printed invites are colour printed on 200gsm card to fit C6 sized envelope (11.5 x 16.2cm).
Children’s Sit Down Party Tables
I’ll create pretty tables to match your decorative buffet. $130 for up to 12 children; $9/extra child. Includes:
- Hire of child-height trestle tables and stools
- Disposable crockery, cutlery, serviettes, table cloths
- Small decorative items
- One decorated pop top, water bottle or empty drink bottle per child.
Keep the kids entertained with self-serve activity stations. We will set up 3 play spaces for $160 for up to 12 children; $12/extra child. Activities will be tailored to suit your group and can include:
- Baby play area with play tent, tunnel and mini ball-pit
- Toddler or older children’s craft station
- Pamper station – manicure, hair glam or temporary tattoos
- Photobooth with backdrop and props
- Treasure hunt
- Pass the parcel, pin-the-tail or other indoor games
- Obstacle course
Additional Potted Centrepieces
Purchase additional centrepieces for tables at a sit-down function for $25 per piece.
Coordination of Additional Suppliers
If you’re wanting extras like balloons or cupcakes, and don’t want to coordinate this yourself, we will do this for you. A planner’s fee of $40 applies for each supplier we organise. Note that the decorative arrangement of these additional items on party day within our decorative display is already included in your package price.
